About the role
- Serve as the main point of contact (POC) between R&D and Solutions (pre-and post-sales), Revenue, and Marketing teams
- Triage custom requests and align with Engineering and Product to establish timelines for requested work
- Ensure systems of record (Productboard, etc.) are up to date and accurate
- Maintain communication with R&D teams and GTM teams on delivery timelines to mitigate risk of timeline slips
Requirements
- 2-5 years of professional experience as a technical project manager, analyst, or similar
- Qualitative analytical thinking skills, and the ability to empathize with competing viewpoints
- A strong voice of reason - you can get your point across and "make a case" while maintaining a professional demeanor and making others feel heard
- Strong attention to detail
- You like working in a fast-paced startup environment
