Community Manager

• You connect community strategy with real-world developer engagement.
• You plan, launch, and report on community programs end-to-end.
• You run meetups, Discord engagement, and the Coder Champions Program in close collaboration with Marketing, Product Marketing, and the Community Team Lead.
• You travel to events and meetups, represent the program with confidence, and ensure execution stays tight before, during, and after.
• Maintain organized calendars, timelines, and checklists so programs ship on time and with consistent quality.
• Engage daily on Discord: Run day-to-day Discord activity (prompts, QOTDs, AMAs, moderation, and issue routing) in partnership with our internal technical assistant team.
• Power the Champions program: Coordinate swag, recognition, and logistics for the Coder Champions (MVP) Program; track contributions, participation, and outcomes.
• Tell the Community story: Repurpose meetup highlights, Champion wins, and community insights into blogs, newsletters, and social posts; amplify what’s working.
• Measure what matters: Track community health metrics across CommonRoom, Discord, HubSpot, and related systems; surface insights, trends, and growth opportunities that inform marketing strategy and product priorities.

• Connect IT priorities to business outcomes: Deliver clear, strategic roadmaps that anchor projects in overarching business objectives.
• Set a near‑term IT plan (quarterly/annual) aligned to business and security needs; build 0–1 capabilities that remove friction
• Design and scale the IT organization: define clear mandates for existing team members, mentor them, and plan future hires based on evolving needs
• Identity & devices: standardize SSO/MFA, lifecycle automation, MDM, and least‑privilege access; automate provisioning and reviews
• User support: improve responsiveness, establish visibility into SLAs and CSAT, ensure EU/UK coverage, and drive self‑service through our AI support chatbot
• Vendor & SaaS: own vendor onboarding and due diligence; evolve the vendor onboarding process (Slack–Jira–Ramp); track renewals, license utilization, and spend
• Security & compliance: codify corporate security practices; support SOC 2 evidence and customer reviews; proactively surface and remediate risks for IT‑owned systems

• Own onboarding and rollout plans for new customers; coordinate with Sales for a smooth, successful implementation of Coder’s platform
• Remove barriers to adoption so customers achieve their desired outcomes expediently
• Engage with customers to understand goals, challenges, and use cases, and provide tailored guidance and recommendations
• Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts, and partner with Sales on upsell and cross‑sell motions
• Oversee renewals and forecasting, ensuring timely, successful commitments
• Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries, issues, and escalations, and collaborate with Coder teams to resolve
• Monitor and report on customer health and usage
• Develop deep expertise in Coder’s products to provide global customer coverage
