Serve as the face and voice of Deel for clients, both internally and externally
Manage a high volume of small-spend PEO accounts in SMB/MM or ENT segments
Identify and flag risks that will lead to customer churn
Build relationships by identifying pain points, providing solutions, and recognizing opportunities for growth and revenue generation
Act as a trusted advisor providing strategic guidance on operational and product-related issues
Collect product and operational feedback and share it with relevant internal stakeholders (voice of the customer)
Provide a high-quality day-to-day customer experience and coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure timely response and completion of customer requests
Drive adoption of platform features to improve customer experience and retention
Work cross-functionally on projects, dive into data for insights, and manage multiple stakeholders to deliver outcomes
Requirements
2+ years of experience
Work occasional shifts aligned with EMEA business hours to support global operations
Strong preference with Professional Employer Organizations and managing related HR, payroll, and compliance functions
You have a past history of elite performance
Prefer previous CS experience, but ok with folks who have been in advisory roles such as consulting. Need to have previous experience advising customers
A strong desire to be in the technology space
A relationship builder who remains calm and collected when facing crisis or criticism and celebrates partners’ successes with them
Quantitatively inclined and data savvy, you may not be a SQL expert, but you enjoy drawing quick, insightful conclusions from complex data sets, asking critical questions, and synthesizing raw numbers into simple, actionable recommendations
A reliable, motivated self-starter with a passionate growth mentality. You enjoy fast-paced environments, aren’t deterred by setbacks or pivots, and thrive in roles requiring a very high degree of responsibility
Have a solid track record of achievement - e.g., had success in a top-tier company, delivered quantifiable business impact, quickly assumed responsibilities, or won competitive awards
