About the role

  • Serve as the face and voice of Deel for clients, acting as a trusted advisor on operational and product-related issues
  • Build genuine, durable client relationships and convert them into long-term revenue growth opportunities
  • Manage a high volume of small-spend accounts in SMB/MM or Enterprise segments
  • Identify and flag risks that will lead to customer churn
  • Collect product and operational feedback and be the voice of the customer with internal stakeholders
  • Provide a high-quality day-to-day customer experience and coordinate cross-functionally to resolve requests
  • Drive adoption of platform features to improve customer experience and retention
  • Champion new products and capabilities to facilitate client expansion with Deel
  • Tackle complex, ambiguous problems, perform cross-functional project management, and draw insights from data

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience
  • Work occasional shifts aligned with EMEA business hours to support global operations
  • Strong preference with Professional Employer Organizations and managing related HR, payroll, and compliance functions
  • Prefer previous Customer Success experience, but acceptable if from advisory roles (e.g., consulting) with experience advising customers
  • Past history of elite performance
  • Strong desire to be in the technology space
  • Relationship builder who remains calm and collected when facing crisis or criticism
  • Quantitatively inclined and data savvy (may not be SQL expert but can draw insights from complex data sets)
  • Reliable, motivated self-starter with a passionate growth mentality
  • Solid track record of achievement (e.g., success in top-tier company, quantifiable business impact, rapid responsibility assumption, awards)
  • Strong analytical foundation with ability to manipulate and synthesize data
  • Curious by nature and interested in making an impact
  • English fluency (speak, read, and write)
