About the role

  • Drive sales growth by building and nurturing relationships with large, strategic clients
  • Understand client needs, present tailored immigration solutions, and negotiate contracts to secure new business and expand existing accounts
  • Own full sales cycle and meet or exceed monthly revenue targets
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on Deel’s Immigration offering and immigration industry trends
  • Build and maintain strong consultative relationships with new and existing clients to tailor immigration solutions effectively
  • Work strategically alongside core AEs to ensure a cohesive client experience
  • Drive business growth in collaboration with the SDR function
  • Foster strong relationships with sales, marketing and product organisations to deliver the best client experience
  • Deliver presentations and demonstrations and maintain strong communication skills
  • Maintain up-to-date customer information, forecasts, and pipeline data in the CRM system

Requirements

  • 2+ years closing sales experience
  • Experience with process/playbook selling (e.g. MEDDIC, Challenger, Customer centric or similar)
  • Desire to work for a fast-paced startup and take on increasing levels of responsibility
  • Hunter mentality with solid Sales DNA and appetite for continual learning
  • Located in EMEA
  • English plus one other European language
  • Experience working in Immigration or similar field (preferred)
  • Strong ability to be self motivated and work autonomously (preferred)
  • Experience working in a remote & distributed team (preferred)
  • Experience working in a fast growing environment (preferred)
  • Experience working as a co-prime or overlay AE (preferred)
  • Growth mindset, curiosity and eagerness to learn and grow (preferred)
