About the role

  • Deel is an all-in-one payroll and HR platform supporting global teams in 150+ countries.
  • Provide hands-on HR support throughout the entire employee lifecycle for EOR employees.
  • Own and drive EOR employee lifecycle: onboarding, orientation, employee support, performance management, payroll, benefits, off-boarding.
  • Serve as first point of contact for EOR employee HR queries and provide high-level support.
  • HR admin support: generate reports, employment verification letters, HRIS administration.
  • Provide a high-touch local experience where required and help product/operations create scalable systems.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of HR administrative experience in a high-volume (500+ employees) and fast paced environment.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Excellent communication skills and strong customer orientation.
  • Knowledge of local labor law; HR qualifications or certifications are a valuable asset.
  • International HR experience in the APAC region and beyond is a competitive advantage.
  • Experience working in start-up environments is highly valued.
  • Strong analytical skills: identify, scope and resolve complex and sensitive HR issues.
  • Data driven: you challenge status quo and strive to improve response times and employee experience.
  • Experience using JIRA, Zendesk, Intercom or other ticketing tools is a plus.
