About the role

  • Design and maintain global salary band structures.
  • Benchmark compensation regularly, particularly in complex and competitive markets such as tech and commercial functions.
  • Lead the development and implementation of a global salary architecture across job families, levels, and geographies.
  • Manage our job architecture, including job levelling, titling frameworks, and role descriptions.
  • Evaluate and evolve compensation packages to balance internal equity, market competitiveness, and business strategy.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and Business Leaders to guide offer structuring, pay decisions, and salary band usage.
  • Support annual compensation cycles.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Legal to ensure alignment, compliance, and financial integrity.
  • Own compensation systems and processes, including any equity platforms and benchmarking tools.
  • Support the administration and strategy of equity programs within the company.
  • Lead the creation of a clear, global benefits matrix with visibility across all active geographies.
  • Modernise and streamline legacy benefits to align with our global standards and employee value proposition.
  • Benchmark benefits regularly across markets to ensure competitiveness, compliance, and cost efficiency.
  • Align benefits strategy with retention goals, employee wellbeing, and company culture.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of experience in global compensation and benefits, ideally in a high-growth fintech or tech environment.
  • Strong expertise in designing and implementing salary structures, job levelling frameworks, and benefits programs across multiple countries.
  • Excellent analytical and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to drive clarity and structure across complex global environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven track record managing global salary architecture, equity compensation, and benefits strategy.
  • Experience with benchmarking tools (e.g., Radford, Mercer) and HRIS systems (e.g., HiBob), with high proficiency in Excel and compensation analytics.
