About the role
- Coordinate projects applying best practices;
- Structure the budget and manage project costs;
- Manage conflicts and resolve challenges in multi-departmental projects;
- Executive presentations and active stakeholder management;

- Implement and manage management KPIs.
Requirements
- More than 8 years of experience in project management;
- Experience implementing ERP systems — at least 2 projects;
- Experience interacting with C-level executives in large companies;
- Solid experience in managing strategic and transformation projects;
- Experience implementing SAP S/4HANA using SAP Activate methodology and/or Oracle ERP;
- Experience in systems development projects from conception through closure;
- Experience in high-complexity, multi-departmental projects;
- Previous experience in corporate project management offices (PMO);
- Experience in projects with predictive approaches (WBS, MS Project, status reports, etc.);
- Experience in projects with Agile approaches (ceremonies, artifacts, role as Scrum Master or Agile Coach);
- Experience in hybrid projects (predictive and agile approaches);
- Manage expectations and readiness of the client's various areas;
- Focus on results and delivering quality in an organized manner;
- Advanced or fluent English.
