About the role
- Plan and execute projects using the Waterfall methodology;
- Lead project governance with tribes and business areas, ensuring alignment with the bank’s strategic objectives;
- Manage scope, risks, schedules, and resources, ensuring high-quality, on-time deliveries;
- Promote integration among multidisciplinary teams, ensuring clear communication and data-driven decision making;
- Act as a facilitator between technical and executive stakeholders, translating business needs into tangible deliverables;
- Support continuous improvement of processes and management frameworks used in agile and hybrid environments;
- Manage project performance indicators, reporting status and results to executive stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in technology and financial services environments;
- General banking knowledge and banking systems (regulatory requirements and guidelines of the Central Bank of Brazil - BACEN - and others);
- Experience with credit platforms and/or fraud prevention platforms;
- Knowledge of banking operations and payment processes (PIX, TED, TEF, Tricon, Boleto, foreign exchange, debentures, etc.);
- Financial profile knowledge: IFRS 9;
- Experience delivering projects involving multiple squads and high-complexity stakeholders;
- Familiarity with management tools such as Azure, Monday.com, MS Project or similar;
- Strong background in risk management, change management, and strategic project planning;
- Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM or equivalent are desirable.
