About the role
- Support the Project Manager with operational activities such as preparing meeting minutes, schedules, and progress reports.
- Attend meetings with clients and stakeholders, documenting decisions and action items.
- Perform system quality tests, ensuring functionalities meet the specified requirements.
- Assist in organizing and delivering training for end users.
- Provide on-site support during implementations at Go Live, supporting the system transition to operations.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and the client, ensuring alignment throughout all project phases.
- Monitor the progress of activities, helping to identify and resolve potential impediments.
- Keep records up to date and organized, contributing to project documentation.
Requirements
- Residence in São Paulo (capital).
- Availability for remote work and frequent client visits.
- Previous experience with projects in the healthcare or technology sectors.
- Proactive, organized profile with excellent communication skills and problem-solving ability.
- Previous experience supporting project management in startups or technology companies.
- Familiarity with healthcare technology solutions.
- Experience preparing schedules and tracking project metrics.
