Social Media Manager

• Creating strategies and building decks for influencer programs to best meet client briefs and solve business problems
• Manage junior team members
• Building internal and client relationships; listen and understand individual client requirements and consistently meeting if not exceeding their expectations
• Building influencer relationships; establish a genuine connection with influencers of all levels to promote trust and two-way communication
• Negotiating influencer fees with micro to celeb influencers and managing influencer fee budgets
• Leading profiling briefs to ensure the team have a clear understanding of their target audience
• Responsible for ensuring the profiling processes (briefing and approval) are adhered with team
• Maintaining a consistent understanding & competence on profiling across all team members; identification and verification of Influential Voices. Ensuring each voice put forward is on brief and groups are diverse in nature

• Consistently developing innovative and creative ideas and solutions for client campaigns
• Responsible for the timely response of all communication from voices and on-going relationship maintenance

• Ensuring that events run to agreed client budgets and clients approve all expenditure before it happens, particularly 3rd party expenditure.

Account Executive

• Presenting to clients and attending client meetings and partner meetings and events
• Develop and deliver strategic client presentations and provide creative and innovative solutions that are concise, creative, insights-based, and social-first
• Owning the financials for clients, including forecasts, budgets and investments – ensuring that key financial responsibilities are mutually understood and agreed upon and working with the internal finance team to ensure invoices are paid on time
• Oversee simultaneous project work-back schedules and deliverables of the cross-department internal team to ensure client needs are met in a timely manner
• Manage and track progress across functions, workstreams, and key milestones; oversee cross-functional execution to deliver on launch strategy and ongoing execution
• Maintaining a strong understanding of changes in the client’s industry/competitors and how the client’s and consumer landscape is adapting
• Control the quality of the work produced and ensure that it meets clients’ requirements and the agency’s standards

• Keeping clients informed; ensure reports are on time and are kept in a central location so the rest of the team can locate if necessary
