About the role
- Develop, maintain and disseminate dashboards (SQL and Power BI) to monitor engagement and retention indicators;
- Conduct exploratory, descriptive and predictive analyses to identify patterns of low engagement, risk of dropout and academic performance;
- Propose and develop personalized interventions based on segmentations and generated insights;
- Monitor and evaluate results and impacts of implemented actions;
- Perform ad hoc analyses to support strategic decisions and specific projects;
- Organize and consolidate existing dashboards and information, ensuring consistency, standardization and the generation of actionable insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Business Administration or related fields;
- Intermediate knowledge of Power BI and SQL;
- Previous experience with analytical projects and performance indicators;
- Strong analytical skills and clear, objective communication;
- Proactivity, flexibility and resilience;
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple demands.
- Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with SAS (SAS Enterprise Guide);
- Knowledge of Python;
- Experience with student engagement projects or academic analytics.
