Develop a deep understanding of the business and create strategies by observing trends, data, customer feedback, and understanding the competitive environment
Identify and execute on external partnerships and relationships that will advance our mission and grow our impact
Manages business to KPI’s such as physician satisfaction, user adoption, product scorecards, and feature releases
Product ownership for ~20 clinical applications which include DaVita Care Connection flagship product and supporting products used by 20,000 patients
Contributes at a senior level to the Digital Transformation Leadership Team
Build strong relationships with other leaders and teams across DaVita.
Requirements
BS/BA in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related discipline
Consulting experience or MBA preferred
3-5 years in Director or VP role; prior GM role preferred
Strong business acumen with ability to influence and present to Senior Leadership.
