About the role
- Develop a deep understanding of the business and create strategies by observing trends, data, customer feedback, and understanding the competitive environment
- Identify and execute on external partnerships and relationships that will advance our mission and grow our impact
- Manages business to KPI’s such as physician satisfaction, user adoption, product scorecards, and feature releases
- Product ownership for ~20 clinical applications which include DaVita Care Connection flagship product and supporting products used by 20,000 patients
- Contributes at a senior level to the Digital Transformation Leadership Team
- Build strong relationships with other leaders and teams across DaVita.
Requirements
- BS/BA in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related discipline
- Consulting experience or MBA preferred
- 3-5 years in Director or VP role; prior GM role preferred
- Patient focused software experience strongly preferred
- Healthcare experience preferred
- Strong business acumen with ability to influence and present to Senior Leadership.
