Strategic consultation: Seek to understand the Client’s business problems and be a trusted strategic advisor to internal teams and clients alike by providing strategic marketing insights, drawing upon the full scope of Zeta marketing services, strategic and analytic consulting expertise, data and technology to solve clients' core business challenges.
Account expansion: Helping to identify opportunities for growth with existing clients in partnership with the Client Development lead. A key focus on expansion from a single channel campaign into an omni-channel program.
Business development: As the strategic advisor, you will be tasked with supporting the Business Development team as a client facing resource to build credibility with Zeta’s solutions and the efficacy of our results.
Client interface: A large part of this role will involve presenting and selling ideas to our client in partnership with the Client and Business development teams. High-quality presentation and idea articulation skills are a must. Design and deliver new workflows, tests, and POCs for clients as well as make recommendations for new use cases and identify opportunities for growth. Participate in the creation and delivery of customer presentations (QBRs, Pitches, etc.) as well as and leading the client-facing demos of the Opportunity Explorer and Data Cloud Platforms.
Digital marketing strategy and tactical guidance: Work with clients to develop, measure and optimize the performance of customer marketing programs across email, mobile, web, social media, and other digital marketing channels.
Measurement: Familiarity with marketing measurement solutions such as incrementality, multi-touch attribution, media mix modeling, etc. and the ability to help guide internal conversations and client conversations in the initial stages.
Thought leadership and innovation: Help clients and internal teams understand emerging digital marketing trends, apply best practices and pursue innovations in digital marketing. Foster deep relationships with the client’s technical teams and respect from their commercial organizations.
Internal Coordination: Establish & maintain internal relationships with adjoining teams to ensure seamless external experience; advise on customer feedback, PoV, and effectiveness of collateral.
Product Roadmap: Provide guidance to Product on roadmap and platform gaps based on client needs and competitive solutions to ensure greater adoption, usability, and scalability.
Requirements
10+ years of experience in a client facing digital solutions role, preferably in the digital marketing industry with ad tech and data experience.
2+ years client-facing experience in sales / business development, sales engineering, solution consulting
Strong knowledge of and experience with enterprise-class digital/email marketing and/or programmatic/social media marketing, execution best practices, technologies, vendor ecosystems, and industry trends.
Understanding of customer relationship marketing concepts, strategic frameworks, key metrics, and tactical approaches to driving customer acquisition and retention.
Knowledge of customer segmentation and modeling approaches a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to produce high-quality decks and present with confidence to senior marketing leaders.
Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced setting.
