About the role
- Report to the Chief Revenue Officer and serve as the primary point of contact for Big Think Media partnerships
- Manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle
- Deliver best-in-class service to drive renewals and increase project profitability
- Partner with the social team to ensure each project meets client objectives and KPIs
- Create and manage project timelines to ensure on-time delivery
- Liaise with creative teams to track deadlines for deliverables, feedback, and launches
- Oversee the Partner Services team to ensure smooth operations and empower team members to excel
- Provide day-to-day support on project needs
- Develop scalable processes for new partnership products and opportunities
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in a client services role
- Experience leading and developing a team
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-value projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively across partners, internal teams, and senior management
- Demonstrated success in building long-term client relationships
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Solid understanding of digital media and video production workflows
