Full-stack Engineer

• Your responsibilities will span technical leadership, team management and hands-on execution.
• Set and drive technical strategy aligned with company objectives, balancing speed, scalability, reliability, and long term platform health.
• Manage and develop a small team of engineers, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and career development.
• Remain hands on in the codebase, contributing to architecture decisions and implementing critical features and infrastructure improvements.
• Own platform architecture and evolution, ensuring our systems are secure, performant, scalable, and maintainable.
• Lead high impact initiatives, especially those involving complex technical tradeoffs, cross functional dependencies, or architectural change.
• Champion a culture of accountability, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement across the engineering team.

• Serve as creative lead for the Stand Together always-on programming.
• Provide creative input into partnership proposals.
• Analyze performance data and use it to inform creative decisions.
• Build and manage relationships across the team - both internal and external.
• Oversee the creative execution of all content products - including videos, written articles, social content, content hubs, events - and provide feedback and guidance to team members.
• Keep teams in sync with the proposed timelines, brand guidelines, and project budgets.
• Collaborate with the Publishing team to integrate best practices and insights into future work.
• Anticipate partner feedback and goals, and adjust strategy accordingly.
• Constantly be looking to innovate and bring fresh, creative ideas to the table.
• Assess and respond to difficult partner feedback with a positive, solution-focused mindset.

Supervising Creative Producer

• Your responsibilities will be broad and impactful, encompassing technical strategic planning, tackling our biggest technical challenges, and mentoring other engineers on the team.
• Lead high-impact initiatives - own our most technically complex projects and distill learnings for the broader team.
• Champion engineering quality and reliability by improving internal tooling, refining workflows, optimizing performance, and helping the team adopt best practices across testing, observability, and security.
• Drive improvements to platform performance and scalability - investigating bottlenecks, proposing optimizations, and collaborating with the team to deliver measurable gains.
• Mentor and support teammates through code reviews, technical pairing, and architecture walkthroughs to raise the overall engineering bar.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, Sales, and Learning to turn complex problems into elegant, user-centered solutions and ensure alignment throughout the development lifecycle.
