About the role
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs spanning software development, cloud enablement, data engineering, and digital modernization.
- Serve as the connective tissue between engineering, product, data, and client delivery ensuring solutions are executed with precision, transparency, and measurable impact.
- Drive alignment between business strategy, customer outcomes, and technical execution.
- Build, coach, and mentor a high-performing team of technical delivery managers and delivery specialists.
- Oversee multiple concurrent technical programs across SaaS, cloud, and data domains, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience leading large-scale technical programs or delivery portfolios, preferably within SaaS, cloud, or government contracting environments.
- Proven success managing cross-functional delivery teams across software engineering, data, and infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of Agile, DevOps, and modern delivery methodologies.
- Experience managing client relationships within federal programs (CMS, VA, DoD preferred).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and executive levels.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business outcomes.
