About the role
- Identify and implement opportunities within DaVita’s revenue cycle, and in collaboration with teams across the company.
- Grow DaVita’s revenue and improve bottom-line performance.
- Collaborate with other leaders to develop a strong understanding of key business priorities.
- Provide thought-partnership to other ROPS teams, providing options, considerations, and recommendations from a data lens.
- Ability to communicate thoughtfully and concisely to senior leaders.
Requirements
- Strong leadership foundation with experience coaching, leading, and training Analysts to grow their skillsets.
- Ability to manage request inventory with strong ability to manage stakeholders, provide proactive communication, prioritize appropriately, and meet targeted deadlines.
- Experience with Tableau development and strong data visualization understanding to support developing meaningful analytical insights.
- Ability to challenge the status quo to identify and support transformative change.
- Strong foundational business/revenue cycle knowledge to support problem-solving ability.
