About the role
- Advise finance professionals from middle management through the C-suite and train them on product updates
- Customize customers' Datarails platform and help simplify models and existing data
- Create detailed business analyses outlining problems, opportunities and solutions (budgeting and forecasting, planning and monitoring, financial modeling, standard reporting)
- Manage, interpret, and validate customer-produced data to improve quality of customer care
- Provide recommendations for process changes to optimize procedures and maximize outcomes
- Build long-term strategic relationships with customers, gather requirements, and provide financial reporting support
- Participate in upsell and renewal conversations to drive account growth
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in customer success, consulting, or similar customer-facing role
- Finance or accounting background
- Deep knowledge and solid experience in advanced Excel functions (formulas, Vlookup, Pivot Table, Power Query and complex models)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills (experience engaging CFOs, VPs, Directors of Finance)
- Comfortable with upselling and renewal conversations
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 100% remote based anywhere in the United States or Canada (must be located in US or Canada)
