About the role
- Guide largest customers through Postscript setup process and ensure strong return in first 60 days
- Run one-on-one onboarding sessions covering list growth, automations, campaigns and more
- Design creative onboarding strategies to fuel immediate growth
- Meet and exceed onboarding health targets
- Strategize marketing strategies with customers to drive growth
- Build strong relationships and ensure long-term brand loyalty
- Follow up to resolve technical issues and collaborate with sales and product teams to improve customer journey
- Develop deep expertise in product, services, marketing technology domain, compliance and industry trends
Requirements
- 2+ Years in a customer-facing role. Experience in SaaS, software or closely related tech preferred
- Ecommerce or martech experience highly preferred
- Demonstrated experience coaching and mentoring
- Demonstrated problem solving abilities, including with technical issues
- Strong process-orientation and ability to drive a consistent and repeatable experience
- Experience in a high-growth, early stage environment preferred
