About the role

  • Serve as the face and voice of Deel for clients internally and externally, onboarding clients and setting them up for durable relationships
  • Serve as customers' trusted advisor providing strategic guidance during onboarding on operational and product-related issues
  • Champion new products and capabilities internally to facilitate client expansion with Deel
  • Facilitate on-time onboarding through project management of all stakeholders involved
  • Plan, execute, and monitor the successful launch of the Global all-in-one Employee Management Platform Implementation for diverse clients
  • Become a Deel product expert and go-to resource for customers and internal colleagues
  • Communicate clearly, persuasively, and professionally with stakeholders, aligning customer use cases with Deel best practices
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve complex problems and provide global payroll expertise to customers and internal peers
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Customer Experience & R&D and contribute to developing/documenting implementation processes and best practices

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a customer onboarding role supporting a B2B SaaS product, particularly in HR, Payroll, and Finance domains
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong customer relationships and a passion for teaching others
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written, presentation, and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and capability to design organized and effective onboarding plans and schedules
  • Adaptability, ability to prioritize tasks and identify internal and external blockers
  • Bonus: 3+ years of experience in Implementation or Technical Account Management at a fast-paced SaaS company
  • Bonus: Proficiency in HR, Payroll, Benefits, Project Management, or Fintech
  • Bonus: Experience working with clients and team members from multiple countries and across multiple time zones
  • Bonus: Skilled in tools such as JIRA, SFDC, G Suite, Gainsight
  • Bonus: Fluent in English, with additional fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese being a bonus
