About the role

  • Assist Tier 1 Help Desk support for customer-facing websites and password reset assistance.
  • Diagnose and resolve basic problems using documented procedures and checklists.
  • Enter call data into a tracking system.
  • Escalate problems to higher level technical support when necessary.
  • Own incidents from start to finish and follow up with customer communications.
  • Support client customers that order client products through the client website.
  • Participate in up to 6-week training (hours during training 8am-5pm).

Requirements

  • Experience with password reset assistance.
  • Experience with assisting customers with web based ordering.
  • Experience assisting customers using multiple browsers (e.g., Edge, Chrome and others).
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Strong competence within a Windows & MS Office environment.
  • Proven experience working within a team environment.
  • Ability to problem solve and investigate issues when provided with minimal information.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, large corporate environment.
