Leverage hands-on experience to spearhead implementation of Salesforce solutions and ensure they meet customers' strategic goals
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in pre-sales activities; serve as subject matter expert in bid engagements
Lead implementation of solutions for high-profile clients and foster strong, trustworthy relationships
Conduct business analysis, design solutions, and facilitate client workshops
Serve as a trusted advisor, guide customers through complex business transformations, mentor team members, and apply industry best practice to configure enterprise-grade solutions
Requirements
Expert in their field with demonstrated client-facing experience
Plenty of experience leading the implementation of Salesforce for enterprise-scale businesses
Experience and certifications across the Salesforce ecosystem (e.g. Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce Industries such as PSS)
Experience with presales and shaping projects
Hands-on experience training customers and mentoring junior team members
Strong business analysis and solution design skills
