Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex digital health solution rollouts across provider networks, payers, large employer groups, or health systems.
Develop and manage detailed project plans ensuring seamless, compliant deployment of multi-product solutions across clinical, administrative, and benefits environments.
Ensure all launches meet clinical, technical, and operational success criteria, including adherence to HIPAA, HITRUST, and other applicable regulatory standards.
Partner closely with Product, Sales, Clinical Strategy, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure launch readiness and strategic alignment with client goals.
Serve as the strategic delivery partner for clients (hospital systems, digital-first care providers, health plans, self-insured employers), building relationships with clinical, technical, HR/benefits, and executive stakeholders.
Identify and proactively mitigate risks related to clinical integration, data privacy, workflow disruptions, and system interoperability.
Lead structured post-launch reviews and contribute implementation insights to refine product offerings and organizational strategy.
Requirements
8+ years of experience in client delivery, program management, or consulting within digital health, healthcare IT, or employer health benefits ecosystems.
Proven success in managing large-scale client implementations and multi-stakeholder projects, especially in clinical, payer, or employer-sponsored health environments.
Deep understanding of healthcare delivery models, EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner), interoperability standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR), and compliance frameworks (e.g., HIPAA).
Experience working with large employers and benefits leaders on digital health integration is highly desirable.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to navigate clinical, technical, HR, and executive business audiences.
Strategic thinker with strong execution discipline and a passion for improving health outcomes through technology.
