Manager

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex digital health solution rollouts across provider networks, payers, large employer groups, or health systems.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans ensuring seamless, compliant deployment of multi-product solutions across clinical, administrative, and benefits environments.
• Ensure all launches meet clinical, technical, and operational success criteria, including adherence to HIPAA, HITRUST, and other applicable regulatory standards.
• Partner closely with Product, Sales, Clinical Strategy, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure launch readiness and strategic alignment with client goals.
• Serve as the strategic delivery partner for clients (hospital systems, digital-first care providers, health plans, self-insured employers), building relationships with clinical, technical, HR/benefits, and executive stakeholders.
• Identify and proactively mitigate risks related to clinical integration, data privacy, workflow disruptions, and system interoperability.
• Lead structured post-launch reviews and contribute implementation insights to refine product offerings and organizational strategy.
