About the role
- Lead customer engagement and growth with key HVAC/R OEM accounts, driving adoption of Danfoss Drives solutions.
- Act as the face of Danfoss, building trusted partnerships at all levels of the customer organization—from engineering to executive teams.
- Deliver a seamless customer experience by coordinating across business units and guiding strategic sales programs that create long-term value.
- Leverage your technical expertise to understand OEM challenges and translate them into tailored drive solutions that deliver results.
- Own the sales process—from opportunity development to closing—using CRM tools, forecasting, and a structured value-selling approach.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience in a technical sales environment
- Sales experience in variable frequency drives within the HVAC, Commercial Refrigeration, or related OEM markets
- Proven ability to build and grow OEM relationships, with a strong understanding of customer structures and decision-making processes
- Comfortable using CRM systems and managing sales pipelines, forecasts, and customer plans
- Self-driven, energetic, and goal-oriented with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Able to work effectively across teams and cultures in a matrix organization
- Willing to travel up to 40% (primarily within the US, some international as needed)
