Lead end-to-end management of Dandy’s Paid Search programs across Google and Bing, from campaign structure to bidding strategies, keyword targeting, ad copy, and landing page alignment.
Build and manage campaigns across multiple countries and languages, tailoring strategy for local market nuances, budgets, and compliance considerations.
Manage budgets and performance to monthly, quarterly and annual growth targets.
Develop a robust testing roadmap for ad copy, landing pages, audiences, and bidding strategies, continually pushing performance forward through data-driven experiments.
Work cross-functionally with Campaign & Creative teams to steadily scale lead generation efficiently.
Collaborate with the Marketing Operations team to build enhanced reporting and improve channel analysis & optimization.
Collaborate with the Website team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
Requirements
5+ years in a digital Paid Media role, with at least 4+ years of hands-on Paid Search experience (Google & Bing required).
In-depth knowledge of Paid Search channels & strategy
Proven track record managing and scaling Paid Search campaigns internationally across multiple markets, currencies, and languages.
