About the role
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for employees and managers, providing timely, accurate, and professional HR support by addressing questions and resolving issues about HR-related matters
- Develop expertise in Dandy policies and practices to provide high-quality guidance on employee relations matters
- Ensure consistent application of HR practices across the organization while maintaining compliance with applicable regulations
- Maintain HR systems and ensure accuracy of employee data and compliance with applicable regulations
- Assist with HR reporting, metrics, and compliance audits
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, such as performance management, engagement programs, culture initiatives, and policy updates
- Consistently contribute to problem-solving by applying known processes and proactively taking initiative within your area of ownership
- Partner with the HRBPs, leaders, and cross-functional departments to build scalable HR processes that will support our growth — including global initiatives
- Build trusted relationships with managers and leaders, equipping them to lead their teams effectively
Requirements
- 2-5 years experience as an HR Admin, HR Generalist, or similar position
- Ability to build rapport and serve as a trusted partner to leadership and employees
- Experience in implementing and enforcing HR policies and processes
- Experience in managing HR investigations and leading Employee Relations actions
- Thorough knowledge of and experience applying relevant legal/compliance regulations (ADA, FMLA, EEO, etc)
- Proficiency in GSuite and HR software programs
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
- Thorough knowledge of relevant legal regulations
- Authorized to work lawfully in the United States (application asks)
