Acts as an escalation point for absence management inquiries for internal and external partners
Serve as an expert on Americas’ leaves of absence, vendor processes, identifying opportunities for process improvement, operational efficiency, and strategic enhancements
Conduct ongoing audits to ensure that leave programs are aligned with payroll and other partner expectations
Collaborate closely with our key partners on the end-to-end design and launch of new and improved employee experiences across leave of absence with frequent consultation with the team manager and senior members of the Benefits Delivery team for support
Leverage and audit key data and insights to identify and influence opportunities for improvement in employee experiences prioritized in the appropriate governing body
Focus on managing robust and compliant absence management processes in partnership with our program administrators, and in alignment with payroll operations
Establishes cross-functional relationships to serve as a trusted advisor and collaborator to key partners
Partner with payroll and technical teams to ensure the accuracy of employee pay, data, and functionality of electronic data interfaces with partner vendors
Consistently apply Intuit policies and standards to situations
Requirements
Education: Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent
Nice to have: Associate or Bachelor’s Degree
4 years of Experience with HRIS Systems. Experience with WorkDay is preferred
5+ years of leave of absence experience. Claims Management experience is a preferred
Experience in California preferred
Partner experience with Payroll & Legal departments a plus
Extensive knowledge of leave requirements and other legal protections afforded by the FMLA, ADA, ADAAA, HIPAA, and other applicable laws
Strong cross-functional influencing and communication skills (written, verbal and visual)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Operational excellence, including end-to-end process and workflow management
