💰 $85,000 - $115,000 per year
About the role
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for critical and senior-level roles, including proactive sourcing, interview planning, and offer negotiation
- Manage onboarding processes including orientation, paperwork, and technology setup
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide guidance on company policies and HR matters
- Maintain accurate employee records, process HR-related changes, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws
- Act as an employee advocate and advisor, handling employee relations issues and fostering trust and open communication
- Contribute to culture and engagement initiatives, including organizing employee events and administering engagement surveys
- Manage key People Team Generalist responsibilities to support a positive and compliant employee experience
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in recruiting, with successful hires for senior and specialized positions
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience managing core HR generalist responsibilities
- Strong understanding of recruiting techniques and best practices, including candidate sourcing and pipeline management
- Proven track record of successful hires for senior and specialized positions
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- SHRM or HRCI certification desired
- Must be able to work onsite at System1 Headquarters in Los Angeles, CA
