About the role

  • Serve as the technical and product subject matter expert for the sales team, responsible for building and delivering programs that ensure they can effectively articulate our value proposition, navigate clinical questions, and differentiate our offerings.
  • Build and manage product and technical enablement programs from the ground up, including new product introductions, competitive intelligence, and clinical deep-dives.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the sales team and Product Marketing, Engineering, Product Development, and Manufacturing teams, translating complex information into easily digestible, sales-ready content.
  • Develop and facilitate engaging learning experiences that focus on the practical, role-specific application of technical knowledge, ensuring sellers can confidently handle objections and demonstrate product value.
  • Work directly with sellers to improve their product knowledge and technical selling skills, both in 1:1 coaching sessions and group training.
  • Bridge the gap between the product organization and the sales floor, directly influencing our ability to sell complex, clinical solutions.

Requirements

  • Agile, systems-oriented thinker who can adapt quickly to changes in business strategy and connect different functions and processes to create a cohesive enablement environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a program from start to finish, including logistics, content creation, and stakeholder management, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to build training programs and resources from scratch, applying evidence-based adult learning methodologies.
  • Experience working closely with Product, Engineering, and Product Marketing teams to simplify complex, technical subject matter.
  • Skilled communicator and facilitator with a knack for translating complex concepts into actionable insights for a sales audience.
  • Experience operating on a lean team in a high growth, change-intensive environment.
  • Experience in the dental industry, medical devices, or a similar field with complex clinical subject matter.
  • Experience in a selling role.
  • Experience with sales content management systems.
  • Aptitude for using technology and automation to scale and systematize.
  • Authorized to work lawfully in the United States; indicate if sponsorship will be required.
