About the role
- Design and manage a comprehensive sales onboarding program for new Account Executives and BDRs across SMB and Enterprise segments
- Blend in-person and remote training to create engaging and effective onboarding experiences
- Teach sellers product knowledge for both software and manufactured products
- Build career advancement programs to develop internal talent pipeline and improve retention
- Collaborate closely with senior sales leaders and frontline managers to align program content with business priorities and KPIs
- Continuously iterate and improve the onboarding program to shorten ramp time and scale internationally
- Partner with Revenue Operations, Business Systems, and People Operations to create a seamless end-to-end onboarding experience
Requirements
- Agile, systems-oriented thinker who can adapt quickly to changes in business strategy
- Proven experience in a sales enablement or learning and development role, with a focus on sales onboarding and career development
- Strong understanding of evidence-based instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to manage a program from start to finish, including logistics, content creation, and stakeholder management
- Experience collaborating with senior leaders and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics
- Experience scaling an onboarding program for international sales teams (bonus)
- Experience in a sales management or lead role (bonus)
- Aptitude for using technology and automation to scale and systematize (bonus)
- Experience selling, marketing, or enabling in dental, medical, pharmaceutical, or other life sciences or highly technical industries (bonus)
