About the role

  • Provide day-to-day support and administration for core People systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS, etc.)
  • Manage system-related support requests from employees and managers (e.g., troubleshooting login issues, updating fields, fixing data errors)
  • Perform data entry and validation to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of data across systems
  • Create and maintain documentation including process guides, SOPs, knowledge base articles, and system configurations
  • Assist with testing during system updates, configuration changes, or new feature rollouts
  • Run standard reports and assist in building simple dashboards or data extracts to support People team needs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Recruiting, HR, People Ops, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth process and system execution
  • Identify areas for efficiency and proactively suggest small improvements in workflows or documentation

Requirements

  • some experience in an HR, recruiting, operations, systems, or administrative role
  • experience working in spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets)
  • enjoy learning new systems and are comfortable using technology to solve problems
  • high attention to detail and a strong sense of data accuracy and integrity
  • ability to work with sensitive data and understand the importance of confidentiality
  • excellent organizational and time management skills
