About the role

  • Oversee the People Operations Department.
  • Manage salary and compensation packages, growth plans and promotion proposals.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for incoming new staff.
  • Develop, implement and manage innovative programs and initiatives for employee engagement.
  • Lead efforts to streamline and optimize HR processes.
  • Design and implement talent development and career progression programs.
  • Assess employee feedback and engagement survey results.
  • Manage legal investigations, sensitive personnel matters, and serve as a liaison with partners.

Requirements

  • Commitment to social change.
  • 5+ years experience serving as the people manager for Manager-level full time staff.
  • 5+ years of experience leading a People Operations department.
  • Stakeholder management skills.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Eager to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Interest in digital media.
