• Support delivery of product, service, and sales training across the North American Aftermarket.
• Coordinate field training activities in the U.S. and collaborate with global training teams.
• Assist in managing training materials, digital content, and external training resources.
• Help organize and schedule training programs, ensuring alignment and avoiding duplication across regions.
• Contributes to the development and maintenance of training content, including digital and hands-on formats.
• Support the expansion of online training tools and learning platforms.

National Trainer

General

• Prepare, coordinate, monitor and report on the progress of product validation projects
• Track and ensure delivery of validation inputs
• Support the Laboratory Planner to maximize laboratory efficiency
• Support the Laboratory Coordinator to keep laboratory equipment tracking tools up to date
• Maintain and update DVP&R (Design Validation Plan & Reports)
• Propose and implement continuous improvement initiatives for laboratory validation and testing processes
• Participate in updating the laboratory's catalog of test standards

Mechanical Intern

Sales

• Grow, develop, and maintain strategic relationships with retail and traditional aftermarket locations within an assigned territory.
• Individual contributor role managing multi-state territory.
• Promotes products/solutions to both direct and indirect customers.
• Develop/maintain technical competency for Dana products.
• Manage key retail location relationships on an assigned basis working directly with national account manager.
• Maintain current knowledge of competitor activities and changes in market.
• Represent voice-of-the-customer within Dana and responsible for customer metrics.
• Develop sales strategy and objectives to achieve goals as defined in assigned KPIs.
• Drive results with aftermarket customers (retailers, distributors, technicians/service providers, other).

District Sales Manager

• Execute all business development and sales activities at the company’s key light vehicle customers as assigned
• Support sales of existing core products
• Identify new product and technical programs to catalyze profitable growth for Dana

Designer

• Design, develop, implement and validate motor control algorithms for electrical machines, including IPM, SynRM, SPM, and IM.
• Automate inverter and motor switching loss estimation by integrating MATLAB/Simulink with a motor reduced-order model.
• Support design and prototype development of key technologies
• Conduct testing, verify and troubleshoot faults of new motor control algorithms and inverter technologies
• Conduct testing of smaller test bench assets and test articles to achieve key data validation on component level technologies
• Analyze test data and provide key conclusions, recommendations and correlations to virtual models
• Deep understanding of virtual and physical loadcases required to support validation of targets
• Support project timelines to ensure clear communication of deliverables to upper management
• Report bi-monthly to executive leadership on progress of technology development activities
• Support symposium sessions to share learnings to cross-functional teams
• Support IP generation

• Management and analysis of sales performance, as well as commercial/financial advisory support for the sales organization
