About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Management and analysis of sales performance, as well as commercial/financial advisory support for the sales organization
Contribution to revenue planning, including forecasts and long‑term planning (Long Range Plan)
Planning, forecasting and budget control for revenues, costs and investments
Conducting result and variance analyses
Preparation of profitability and investment calculations for the sales area
Development and implementation of department‑specific KPIs and controlling instruments
Acting as an interface and supporting internal and external audits

Requirements

What you’ll need

University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a comparable field
Several years of professional experience in controlling, ideally with exposure to sales-related environments
Analytical and structured way of working with strong numerical skills
Independent and solution-oriented working style
Very good knowledge of SAP and MS Office
Good written and spoken English
