About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Execute all business development and sales activities at the company’s key light vehicle customers as assigned
  • Support sales of existing core products
  • Identify new product and technical programs to catalyze profitable growth for Dana
  • Grow, develop, and maintain strategic relationships with retail and traditional aftermarket locations
  • Develop/maintain technical competency for Dana products
  • Manage key retail location relationships working directly with national account manager
  • Maintain current knowledge of competitor activities and changes in market
  • Develop sales strategy and objectives to achieve goals as defined in assigned KPIs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, Engineering or Related Field preferred
  • 5+ years in aftermarket light vehicle or similar industry sales and business development with proven results and success in building customer relationships and negotiation
  • Knowledge and understanding of driveline products as related to Light Vehicle Industry
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time as needed with the ability to work non-traditional business hours
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
