About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute all business development and sales activities at the company’s key light vehicle customers as assigned
- Support sales of existing core products
- Identify new product and technical programs to catalyze profitable growth for Dana
- Grow, develop, and maintain strategic relationships with retail and traditional aftermarket locations
- Develop/maintain technical competency for Dana products
- Manage key retail location relationships working directly with national account manager
- Maintain current knowledge of competitor activities and changes in market
- Develop sales strategy and objectives to achieve goals as defined in assigned KPIs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, Engineering or Related Field preferred
- 5+ years in aftermarket light vehicle or similar industry sales and business development with proven results and success in building customer relationships and negotiation
- Knowledge and understanding of driveline products as related to Light Vehicle Industry
- Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time as needed with the ability to work non-traditional business hours
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
