About the Role
We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to help design and optimize the systems, data infrastructure, and workflows that drive our marketing performance.
This is a hybrid role—part strategist, part doer. You’ll bring clarity to chaos, build scalable processes, and ensure the marketing engine runs predictably and efficiently.
You’ll work closely with teams across Marketing, Sales, SDR, and RevOps to improve campaign execution, lead management, reporting, and tech stack utilization.
Whether you’re auditing a lead routing flow or aligning funnel metrics with Finance, you’ll bring precision, speed, and collaboration to everything you touch.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, RevOps, or Sales Ops in a B2B environment
Hands-on expertise with Salesforce and HubSpot; certifications preferred
Familiarity with tools like ZoomInfo, Gong, Outreach, 6sense, PowerBI, Orum & RingLead
Deep understanding of marketing funnel metrics and performance levers
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
A bias for action and a builder’s mentality—comfortable operating independently
Clear communicator and systems thinker who can make complexity simple
