- About the Role
- We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to help design and optimize the systems, data infrastructure, and workflows that drive our marketing performance.
- This is a hybrid role—part strategist, part doer. You’ll bring clarity to chaos, build scalable processes, and ensure the marketing engine runs predictably and efficiently.
- You’ll work closely with teams across Marketing, Sales, SDR, and RevOps to improve campaign execution, lead management, reporting, and tech stack utilization.
- Whether you’re auditing a lead routing flow or aligning funnel metrics with Finance, you’ll bring precision, speed, and collaboration to everything you touch.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, RevOps, or Sales Ops in a B2B environment
- Hands-on expertise with Salesforce and HubSpot; certifications preferred
- Familiarity with tools like ZoomInfo, Gong, Outreach, 6sense, PowerBI, Orum & RingLead
- Deep understanding of marketing funnel metrics and performance levers
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- A bias for action and a builder’s mentality—comfortable operating independently
- Clear communicator and systems thinker who can make complexity simple
