About the role
- Coordinates and administers training programs for Social Security Administration personnel
- Manages training schedules, participant enrollment, venue coordination, and logistics for both in-person and virtual training events
- Maintains training records, tracks completion rates, and ensures compliance with federal training documentation requirements
- Supports language translation and accessibility requirements for training programs and materials
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of training administration experience in federal or large organizational environments
- Experience with federal Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training delivery platforms
- Supports language translation
- Knowledge of federal training compliance requirements and documentation standards
- Proficiency in training scheduling systems and federal employee development tracking
- Understanding of federal accessibility requirements for training programs and materials
- Must be able to Obtain Public Trust Clearance
- Candidate(s) must undergo a thorough pre-employment screening
