About the role
- Provide high quality behavioral healthcare as a licensed therapist
- Deliver therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients in outpatient settings
- Conduct sessions in-person at clinics and through telemedicine/telemedicine offering
- Maintain clinical excellence and patient care standards
- Ramp up and manage a quick and stable caseload
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and licensed therapists
- Utilize full administrative support and digital technology
- Participate in a collegial work environment and support LifeStance’s mission to improve access to mental healthcare
Requirements
- Fully licensed in Colorado (Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist)
- Experienced in working with adult, geriatric and/or child and adolescent populations
- (NOT REQUIRED) Bilingual Therapists and Play Therapists needed in multiple areas
- Ability to provide outpatient therapy in-person and via telemedicine
- Ability to work at LifeStance clinic locations across Colorado
