About the role

  • Create and execute a Go-To-Market plan to develop new client relationships and consistently source, solution and close net-new logos.
  • Establish professional, consultative relationships with client stakeholders up to C-level across small, mid-sized and large accounts by understanding their business drivers and aligning solutions to clients’ OKRs.
  • Craft proposals, respond to RFPs and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and with external partners/vendors to refine strategies, processes and drive mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Transform once-off client engagements (Professional Services) into sustainable MRR opportunities (cross-sell Hosting/Support Services).
  • Develop comprehensive sales plans to reach annual and quarterly quotas; manage pipeline, forecasts and maintain excellent CRM hygiene.
  • Build and execute lead generation strategies in Cyber Security and Business Intelligence markets and define account plans to convert prospects to closed-won opportunities.
  • Maintain and refresh industry knowledge; prepare presentations and written proposals; assist in monitoring and analysing OKRs and sales performance analytics to optimise strategies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant B2B sales and/or account management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology or a related field.
  • Outstanding commercial sales acumen, preferably within IT/Cloud services, Cyber Security, or Data Analytics.
  • Demonstrable understanding of IT & Cloud Infrastructure and Services, Cyber Security, or Business Intelligence and Data Analytics.
  • Proven experience acquiring new logo customers (hunting) and established client network.
  • Skilled Solution Seller with ability to build proposals; ability to operate up to C-level (CIOs, CTOs).
  • Familiarity with established sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or Value Selling preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Exceptional organisational, presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams and work autonomously in remote/hybrid environments.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and demonstrated desire to grow and achieve personal and work goals.
  • Leadership experience (formal and/or informal) is a plus.
  • If working from home, responsibility to ensure uninterrupted internet connectivity and a ‘work-like’ environment.
