About the role
- Collaborating with senior executives and business leaders to translate business strategy into HR strategies and initiatives
- Assessing organization structure and developing strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness
- Providing thought leadership and strategic advice on people-related issues to shape business strategy
- Leading or participating in HR projects aimed at enhancing HR processes, employee engagement, or diversity and inclusion
- Utilizing HR data and analytics to provide insights and recommendations to business leaders
- Providing strategic HR guidance, influencing decision-making, and fostering partnerships across the organization
- Supporting change management initiatives and fostering employee engagement
- Providing guidance and support to business leaders on employee relations matters and performance management
- Ensuring HR policies and practices align with legal requirements and industry regulations
Requirements
- 7+ years of Human Resource experience
- Adept at problem solving and decision-making skills
- Adept at collaboration and teamwork
- Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills
- Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
- Adept at business intelligence
- Willingness to travel up to 10%-15%
- Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) Certification (preferred)
- Bachelor’s Degree required; equivalent work experience may substitute
