About the role

  • Collaborating with senior executives and business leaders to translate business strategy into HR strategies and initiatives
  • Assessing organization structure and developing strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness
  • Providing thought leadership and strategic advice on people-related issues to shape business strategy
  • Leading or participating in HR projects aimed at enhancing HR processes, employee engagement, or diversity and inclusion
  • Utilizing HR data and analytics to provide insights and recommendations to business leaders
  • Providing strategic HR guidance, influencing decision-making, and fostering partnerships across the organization
  • Supporting change management initiatives and fostering employee engagement
  • Providing guidance and support to business leaders on employee relations matters and performance management
  • Ensuring HR policies and practices align with legal requirements and industry regulations

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Human Resource experience
  • Adept at problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Adept at collaboration and teamwork
  • Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills
  • Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
  • Adept at business intelligence
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%-15%
  • Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) Certification (preferred)
  • Bachelor’s Degree required; equivalent work experience may substitute
