Vice President

• The SVP, ABL Portfolio Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of asset-based lending relationships, ensuring credit quality, collateral integrity, and profitability across an assigned book of business.
• This individual serves as the primary point of contact for existing clients.
• Partners closely with Relationship Managers and Underwriting to structure and monitor facilities secured by accounts receivable, inventory, equipment, and other collateral.
• Plays a key role in identifying and mitigating portfolio risk.
• Manage a portfolio of ABL relationships, monitoring borrowing base certificates, collateral reporting, and covenant compliance on an ongoing basis.
• Analyze borrower financial statements, cash flow trends, and collateral performance to identify early warning signs of credit deterioration.
• Partner with Field Examination and Appraisal teams to schedule and review collateral exams and inventory/equipment appraisals; assess findings and adjust advance rates or reserves as warranted.
• Prepare and present annual reviews, renewals, and periodic credit updates to credit committee.
• Oversee accurate and timely risk rating of assigned credits in accordance with bank policy.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned clients on day-to-day portfolio matters, servicing requests, waivers, and amendments.
• Partner with Relationship Managers and Originators on add-on facilities, upsizes, refinancings, and cross-sell opportunities.
• Coordinate with Legal and Closers on documentation of amendments, waivers, and new money transactions.
• Manage borrowing base availability, overadvances, and reserves in coordination with Operations.
• Ensure the portfolio adheres to internal credit policy, regulatory requirements, and lending guidelines.
• Identify and escalate problem credits; participate in workout/restructuring strategy alongside Special Assets when needed.
• Maintain audit-ready files and documentation to support internal and regulatory examinations.
• Monitor industry, sector, and macroeconomic trends that may affect portfolio risk.
• May mentor or oversee junior portfolio managers/analysts, reviewing their work and providing technical guidance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Underwriting, Field Exam, Legal, Operations, and Special Assets.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and policy development for the ABL platform.

General

• This position is responsible for maintaining subject matter expertise for BSA/AML and OFAC related regulations and areas at the Bank.
• As the second line of defense this position is responsible for providing support, guidance, and oversight of applicable business units within the Bank to understand risks, products, services, and the controls of each business line on any projects and produce implementation.
• This support includes but is not necessarily limited to researching and opining on compliance questions, due diligence, monitoring new and changing regulations, maintenance and/or review of compliance related policies and procedures, communication and coordination of required regulatory changes, active partnership on all initiatives to provide compliance insight, compliance risk evaluation, and completion of special projects as requested by management.
• This role may require interaction with internal auditors, state examiners, federal examiners, and other similar regulatory bodies.
• A critical function of this role will be to maintain accurate and up to date documentation including internal, external, and tracking of compliance issues. As well as follow-up on documented action plans and target date to ensure completion/implementation.

BSA/FCC Program Advisor

Business Development Rep

• Develop and execute a targeted business development strategy to originate new institutional relationships within the digital asset ecosystem.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospective clients, driving full-cycle business development from initial outreach through onboarding.

• You will own conversation design and live monitoring for voice agent buildout, drive the model ops half of the Bank’s DevOps model, and bring production-grade Python engineering depth alongside AI-specific expertise.
• Build and scale agentic workflows across Loans, Deposits, and Payments domains.
• Design multi-step, autonomous AI pipelines with dynamic decision-making and tool use.
• Implement human-in-the-loop (HITL) review gates and confidence scoring thresholds.

• Execute Financial Crimes audit engagements across Fraud, BSA/AML, and Sanctions programs.
• Perform complex audit work to assess the adequacy of internal controls, compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and the effectiveness of risk management and governance processes specific to financial crimes risk.
• Assist the Internal Audit Financial Crimes Manager in execution of the annual Financial Crimes audit plan, encompassing Fraud, BSA/AML, and Sanctions audits.
• Lead in Financial Crimes audit planning, including development of risk assessments and audit programs for Fraud, BSA/AML, and Sanctions engagements.
• Assign audit fieldwork to Senior and Staff Auditors, including the testing of the design and effectiveness of internal controls.
• Perform audit fieldwork for the more complex portions of Financial Crimes audit engagements, including assessments of fraud detection controls, AML transaction monitoring, KYC/CDD program effectiveness, and sanctions screening.

Lead Auditor – Financial Crimes

• As a Network Voice Engineer at Customers Bank, you will be a member of our IT Network team, responsible for designing, implementing, administration, and support of our enterprise network, voice and collaboration environments.
• Play a hands-on role in maintaining the reliability, performance, and security of our Cisco-based network and unified communications platforms.
• Manage and support Cisco routing and switching infrastructure, including VLANs, spanning tree, routing protocols (i.e. EIGRP, BGP), and access layer configurations.
• Administer, configure, and support Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco CUBE/SIP trunking, and related voice infrastructure across the enterprise.
