Data Scientist

• Develop and implement an enterprise-wide data governance framework that establishes data ownership, stewardship, and accountability across the bank
• Oversee the data quality management process, ensuring data is accurate, complete, and reliable across critical business domains
• Enhance data accessibility while ensuring robust data lineage documentation and transparency across the data lifecycle
• Champion a data-informed culture by engaging with leadership and business units to promote best practices in data usage and stewardship
• Collaborate with the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and Legal teams to enforce data privacy regulations where appropriate, including GDPR and CCPA
• Work closely with IT, Risk, Compliance, and Analytics teams to embed data governance practices into daily operations and strategic initiatives
• Create metrics and performance indicators to track data quality improvements and drive accountability across the organization

AML Analyst

Manager

• Customers Bank has an immediate opening for a Portfolio Manager on our Pennsylvania Middle Market Banking team.
• The Portfolio Manager will be responsible for managing the loan and deposit portfolio for our Middle Market Banking clients.
• The role is client facing and a strategic part of building out the broader middle market client base.
• Customer interaction with current and new clients, obtaining all necessary documentation to meet annual underwriting/renewal and account opening standards.
• Monitor and proactively manage all aspects of the loan and deposit portfolio including loan delinquency, loan reviews, renewals, managing interest rate plans and profitability tracking.
• Perform service requests on existing loans and deposits, working with loan operations and treasury services teams to ensure completion timely.
• Visit customers along with the Relationship Managers to establish and maintain positive relationships and cross sell other bank products and services.
• Actively involved in the community with ability to represent the bank and for personal development.

• Represent Customers Bank in the Las Vegas market through interactions with clients, prospects, non-profit organizations, COIs etc.
• You will be responsible for building a profitable business segment consisting of both deposits and loans and fully integrated services.
• Meet with clients, prospects, COIs to generate new business opportunities.
• Engage strategic partners to assist in sales/cross sales to prospects.
• Work on new opportunities with senior management, lenders, treasury management, etc. to develop compelling banking proposals and lending term sheets.
• Develop book of deposit and loan clients that meets the bank’s expectations which are set annually.
• Responsible for ongoing relationship management including but not limited to annual deposit account reviews, loan compliance monitoring, risk ratings, etc.
