Act as key advisor in promotion and marketing strategy of CBC Hotels services and communication of corporate social responsibility actions
Integrate different organizational levels (CBC organization, rural tourism agency, communities) to achieve tripartite collaboration
Generate strategies, routes and internet channels to promote sales and virtual payments for CBC Hotels services (accommodation reservations, rural tourism trips) and strengthen reservation line
Maintain the CBC Hotels website and social networks up to date
Strengthen the link between CBC and rural communities
Train rural tourism service providers in Responsible Tourism and Rural Community Tourism
Collaborate and contribute with other volunteers and staff in workshops and field visits
Perform other tasks as required by office needs
Requirements
Spanish Level 4-Advanced
Eligibility: Open to Canadian Citizens and Permanent Residents of Canada only
University degree in Tourism, Economics, International Development, Sustainable Community Development and/or related field
Experience in promotion, digital marketing, hotel and travel reservations
Affinity for Quechua culture and the community Rural tourism
Ability to adapt to different contexts and environments (visits to indigenous communities)
Interest and sensitivity to interact with indigenous populations
Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
Creativity, good judgment and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
