About the role
- Ensure compliance of the organization with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Assist with the implementation of the Company’s Compliance Monitoring Program
- Develop, implement, and oversee policies and procedures to ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations
- Ensure that the organization’s policies and practices align with data protection requirements
- Contribute to various compliance activities to support the functions of the Compliance Department
Requirements
- 2-3 years of previous experience in a compliance role
- Experience with CySEC regulations is required
- Previous experience in CBC will be considered as a high advantage
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Law
- Understanding of financial markets
- Able to work independently within a global and multi-cultural company
- Sound knowledge of laws, regulations, and directives
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
