About the role

  • Coordinate documents and gather/input data for administrative support duties
  • Provide administrative support including research, preparing statistical reports and addressing information requests
  • Gather, compile and verify information; enter accurately into reports, presentations, forms, databases or spreadsheets
  • Complete data collection, data entry and report generation for departmental activities
  • Prepare correspondence, receive visitors, arrange conference calls and schedule meetings
  • Support payroll functions, customer invoicing and supplier management
  • Support branch compliance, audit functions and contractor management
  • Provide general administrative support to the Administration Manager, Branch Manager and service teams

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • HHP/HD knowledge
  • Understanding of Service Dept processes
  • Personal commitment to HSE and leading an interdependent safety culture
  • Ability to manage external & internal key stakeholders
