About the role
- Provide essential administrative support to our Underwriting teams
- Send out renewal invitations and non-express renewals to brokers
- Process new policies and renewals in the underwriting system
- Prepare Certificates of Currency and manage related documents
- Follow up on outstanding and upcoming renewals and new business
- Maintain broker information and manage logins to our online system
- Answer phone calls and take messages
- General administration and office duties as required
Requirements
- Professional and positive “can-do” attitude
- Ability to work effectively both autonomously and in a team
- Excellent customer service skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong sense of accountability
- Experience in a busy, high-volume environment
- Administration and customer experience highly regarded
