About the role
- Delivers administrative support for employees, managers, and the People Support team
- Completes administrative tasks to support the employee lifecycle and organizational needs
- Maintain data accuracy and streamline administrative workflows
- Enable standardized and automated people administration processes using technology and best practices
- Manage workforce information systems and maintain employee records
- Execute routine HR business processes within defined timelines and quality standards
- Ensure policy compliance and prepare employment contracts and letters in accordance with local laws and practices
- Provide staffing and recruiting support, coordinate recruiting activities, update applicant tracking system, and conduct reference checks
- Coordinate assessment testing, new hire orientation assignments and activities
- Coordinate standard compensation processes and benefits administration with shared services and corporate HR
- Assist in preparation, processing, and balancing of time and attendance systems to support compensation and compliance
- Onsite at the Jamestown Engine Plant (Lakewood, NY)
