About the role
- Deliver magic experiences for customers during the holiday season
- Provide retail sales and customer service on the shop floor
- Work weekends, late nights, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve & Day during November 2025 to January 2026
- Collaborate with team and management and participate in ongoing training
- Support store operations during peak holiday trading and assist with customer engagement
Requirements
- Previous experience in fashion retail environment highly desirable
- Passionate about customer service and creating magic moments for our customers
- Quick thinking, adaptable attitude in an ever-changing and growing environment
- Passion for streetwear and fashion
- Flexible availability - including weekends and late nights
- Excellent availability throughout the festive season from November 2025 to January 2026 including weekends, late nights, Boxing Day, New Years Eve & Day
- Ability to work onsite at Culture Kings Brisbane CBD store
