About the role
- Deliver magic experiences for customers in-store during the holiday season
- Provide retail sales and customer service at Culture Kings Melbourne CBD
- Work shifts including weekends, late nights, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day
- Collaborate with team and management; participate in ongoing training
- Maintain premium retail presentation and contribute to the store's energetic atmosphere
- Potential for ongoing employment into 2026 for high performers
Requirements
- Previous experience in fashion retail environment highly desirable
- Passionate about customer service and creating magic moments for our customers
- Quick thinking, adaptable attitude in an ever-changing and growing environment
- Passion for streetwear and fashion
- Flexible availability - including weekends and late nights
- Excellent availability throughout the festive season from November 2025 to January 2026 including weekends, late nights, Boxing Day, New Years Eve & Day
- Ability to work in-store at Culture Kings Melbourne CBD
- Willingness to work a fixed-term contract (Christmas casual)
